Using xSpenso
Terms
The few rules for using the xSpenso app.

Who can use it
Anyone can create an xSpenso account, with Sign in with Apple or a username and password. You need to be an adult. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and only add your own accounts and statements, or ones you have permission to use.
Connected banks
Only connect bank accounts that are yours. You connect them through your own Synci account, under Synci's terms. A connection is read-only: xSpenso can see balances and transactions but cannot move money. Bank data can arrive late or be wrong, so check anything important with your bank.
Not financial advice
Balances, forecasts, categories and answers are estimates to help you plan, and AI can get things wrong. Check anything important with your bank before you rely on it. Nothing in xSpenso is financial, tax or legal advice.
AI features
Some features use the AI company you choose. If you add your own AI key, you are responsible for that company's charges and terms. Pictures and answers made by AI may be inaccurate; you decide whether to keep them.
Pictures made by AI
When you make your character or other pictures with AI, the picture is made by the AI company you choose, not by xSpenso. xSpenso does not control what a picture looks like and, as far as the law allows, is not responsible for it: it may not look like you, may be wrong or odd, and can now and then be unsuitable. Check each picture before you keep or share it, and delete any you do not want. Only use photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed. You are responsible for how you use the pictures you keep. If a picture is offensive or harmful, tell us at info@xspenso.com and report it to the AI company as well.
Your data
Your budget is yours. You can clear it in Settings at any time. How it is handled is described on the Privacy page.
The service
xSpenso is a free personal project, provided as it is. It may change, be unavailable at times, or close; if it closes you will be told first, with time to save your data. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose.
Fair use
Do not try to reach other people's data, get around the sign-in, or overload the service. An account used that way can be removed.
Apple
xSpenso is not made by Apple, and Apple is not responsible for it or for supporting it. These terms are between you and xSpenso.
The law
The law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live applies. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.
